Why did my image generation fail?
Generation failures are usually temporary. Try again — if it keeps failing, check that your photo is clear and well-lit. Very dark or blurry photos can cause issues. If the problem continues, contact us using the form above.
I paid for credits but they didn't appear.
Credits are added immediately after payment confirmation. If yours didn't appear, log out and back in to refresh your balance. If they still don't show, contact us with your email address and we'll fix it right away.
Do credits expire?
No — your credits never expire. Buy as many as you need and use them at your own pace.
Can I get a refund?
If you've had a technical issue that prevented you from using credits you purchased, contact us and we'll make it right. Please review our Terms of Use for our full refund policy.
Is Renovizzion available on Android?
