These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Renovizzion mobile application ("App") operated by Renovizzion ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, registering, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@renovizzion.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You must not:
The visualizations generated by the App are created using artificial intelligence and are intended as illustrative concepts only. They do not constitute architectural plans, engineering assessments, or contractor bids. Renovizzion makes no representations about the accuracy, feasibility, or cost of any renovation depicted in generated images.
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of generating your requested visualization. AI-generated output images are owned by you and may be used for personal or professional purposes, including showing clients proposed renovation concepts.
The App, its design, logo, and all original content (excluding user-uploaded photos and AI-generated outputs) are the intellectual property of Renovizzion and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our branding without prior written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENOVIZZION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the App and any unused credits will be forfeited. You may delete your account at any time by contacting info@renovizzion.com.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
