Renovizzion ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Renovizzion mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read it carefully. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Account information: Your email address and a hashed version of your password when you register.
Photos: Images you capture or select from your library for AI renovation visualization. These are sent to our servers solely to generate your visualization and are not used for any other purpose.
Voice recordings: If you use the voice description feature, your audio is sent to our server and forwarded to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription. Audio is not stored after transcription is complete.
Generated images: AI-generated visualizations are stored on our servers and associated with your account so you can access them in your Gallery.
Payment information: Credit card and payment data is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment details on our servers. We retain only transaction records (amount, date, package purchased).
Usage data: Basic usage information such as the types of projects you generate, credit balances, and timestamps.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

OpenAI: Your photos and text descriptions are sent to OpenAI's API to generate visualizations. Voice recordings are sent to OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription. OpenAI's privacy policy is available at openai.com/privacy.
Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
Railway: Our backend infrastructure provider. Data is stored on servers operated by Railway. Railway's privacy policy is available at railway.app/legal/privacy.
RevenueCat: We use RevenueCat to process and verify in-app purchases across the App Store and Google Play. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at revenuecat.com/privacy.
Meta Platforms, Inc.: We use Meta's advertising tools to measure the performance of our ad campaigns and understand how people find our App. This may involve sharing a device advertising identifier (such as Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID, where you've allowed tracking), an anonymous Facebook identifier, and a hashed version of your email address with Meta. 4. Photos and Camera Access

The App requests access to your device's camera and photo library solely to allow you to select or capture images for AI visualization. We do not access, scan, or upload any photos other than those you explicitly choose within the App.

5. Microphone Access

The App requests microphone access solely for the optional voice description feature. Recordings are transmitted to our server over an encrypted connection and immediately forwarded to OpenAI for transcription. We do not store audio recordings.

6. Advertising Identifiers and Your Choices

On iOS, the App asks for your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before collecting any advertising identifier or sharing tracking data with Meta. If you decline, we do not collect your device's advertising identifier, and Meta will not receive it. You can change this choice at any time in your device's Settings app under Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, similar controls are available under your device's Settings app → Privacy → Ads, where you can reset or opt out of your advertising ID. Declining does not affect your ability to use the App — it only limits how ad performance is measured.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account information and generated images for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the App: go to the home screen and tap "Delete account" (next to "Log out"), then confirm. This takes effect immediately. Alternatively, you may request deletion by contacting us at info@renovizzion.com; we will process such requests within 30 days.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transmission and secure credential storage. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@renovizzion.com.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
